My program includes 12 sessions of weekly personalized coaching. Each week we’ll take steps toward creating the life you want and toward being the person you truly want to be.

During our consultation, we’ll talk about where you are now and how to get to where you want to be. I will answer any questions you may have and I’ll let you know how you can continue working with me, though there is absolutely no pressure or obligation to do so.
